Making & shipping
Prints are not held in stock. When you order, the lab prints your photograph, checks it, and posts it. I aim to have every order dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. After that, UK delivery usually takes 1 to 2 days, Europe 3 to 7 days, and the rest of the world 5 to 14 days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy periods or customs can add time.
UK delivery is free. Europe and the rest of the world pay a flat delivery rate, shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Delivery is region-locked: the region you choose sets both the rate and the countries the checkout will accept, so please pick the one your parcel is going to. You will get an email with tracking once your print ships.
For orders shipped outside the UK, any import duty, customs charge, or local tax is the customer’s responsibility and is not included in the price or the delivery rate you pay here. These are charged by your country, not by me, and I have no way to know or cover them in advance. If a parcel is refused or returned because these charges were not paid, the order is not refundable.
Returns
Because each print is made to order specifically for you, I do not accept returns or offer refunds once a print has shipped. Please double-check your size and delivery region before you pay. If you need to change or cancel an order, email me as soon as possible: once the lab has started production I usually cannot stop it, but I will always try.
Damaged or faulty prints
If your print arrives damaged in transit, or there is a fault with the print itself, I will make it right. Email me within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and I will sort out a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty goods.
Reaching me
The quickest way to reach me about an order is to reply directly to the Stripe receipt emailed to you when you paid. It comes straight to me. Payments are handled by Stripe; I never see or store your card details.
